Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Financial Policy:
• Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.
If you no-show to your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a note will be made in your account. 2 no-shows will result in no further scheduling.
• A 25% deposit is required at the time of scheduling services.
•If you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours in advance or no-show to your appointment, you will not receive your deposit back.
The above terms must be understood before scheduling an appointment!
